Materials We Use
PLA (Polylactic Acid)
A biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch, PLA is perfect for prototypes and hobbyist projects. It’s easy to print, offers excellent detail, and is available in various colors.
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
Known for its durability and impact resistance, ABS is ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts. Its ability to withstand higher temperatures makes it suitable for applications that require toughness.
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)
Combining the best of both PLA and ABS, PETG is strong, flexible, and easy to print. It’s also food-safe and resistant to moisture, making it great for a wide variety of applications.
Nylon
Highly durable and flexible, Nylon is perfect for creating parts that need to withstand wear and tear. Its chemical resistance makes it a favorite in engineering and automotive applications.
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)
TPU is a flexible material that can withstand bending and stretching. It’s perfect for applications requiring elasticity, such as phone cases, seals, and gaskets.
Resins
For our SLA (Stereolithography) printing, we use high-quality resins that offer exceptional detail and surface finish. These resins can be tailored for specific properties like rigidity or flexibility, making them ideal for intricate designs.
Metal Filaments
For clients looking for a metallic finish, we offer metal-infused filaments. These materials allow you to achieve a unique aesthetic while maintaining the lightweight characteristics of plastic.
Composites
We also work with composite materials, combining the strength of carbon fiber or fiberglass with thermoplastics to create lightweight yet strong components suitable for advanced applications.
Wood Filaments
For a more natural look, our wood filaments blend PLA with actual wood fibers. This material offers a unique texture and finish, perfect for artistic projects or home decor items.
Laser Cutting Materials
In our laser cutting services, we utilize a variety of materials, including acrylic, wood, and metal sheets. Each material can be customized to meet your design specifications and requirements.
