GE Aerospace’s $1B U.S. Investment & the Return of Reshoring – 3DPrint.com

In spite of, or partially due to, the mind games being played related to tariffs imposed by the Trump Administration on trading partners, major corporations are investing in U.S. manufacturing. In addition to recent news of a $285 million injection by Siemens into its U.S. production sites, GE Aerospace has announced a planned investment of nearly $1 billion into its domestic operations in 2025. The investment, almost double the company’s manufacturing outlay from the previous year, reflects both macroeconomic and sector-specific trends, including shifts in global supply chains, federal incentives, and potential political influences.
